Group Daylong runs 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and includes breakfast, lunch and evening snacks; groups of 10 or more receive one complimentary room, with each additional room at ৳5,000. Extra guests beyond the Group Bungalow minimum are ৳1,000 per head (B&B) or ৳2,000 per head (Full Board). Group bookings are quoted directly, so please contact us with your headcount and date.
Good to know Terms & Conditions
- VAT: all rates are inclusive of VAT.
- Service charge: a 5% service charge applies to the total bill.
- 10% weekday discount: applies to Room & Breakfast rates for Regular, Vista and Premium SkyView Cottages and the Emerald Suite only, on weekdays (Sat to Wed). Not applicable on weekends (Thu, Fri), Eco/Deluxe/Executive Rooms, or Group Bungalow.
- Full Board: add ৳2,800 for 2 guests to the applicable Bed & Breakfast rate for lunch and dinner, on any room category and any day.
- Extra guests: beyond a room’s base occupancy, additional guests are ৳3,000 per head (Bed & Breakfast) or ৳4,500 per head (Full Board), up to each room’s maximum capacity. Group Bungalow extra guests are ৳1,000 per head (Bed & Breakfast) or ৳2,000 per head (Full Board).
- Holiday exclusion: promotional rates apply to standard weekdays and weekends only. They do not apply to government-declared public holidays, national holidays, or long holiday weekends, when standard published rates or specific holiday package rates apply. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Validity: the August Escape offer is valid from 1 to 31 August 2026.
- Check-in and check-out: night stay check-in 1:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Daylong check-in 10:00 AM, check-out 6:00 PM.
- Exclusions: packages are exempt from further bank or corporate discounts.
- Policies: standard cancellation and resort policies apply. See the guest policies page for details.
- Children 0 to 5 years: stay and receive breakfast free of charge when using existing bedding.
- Children 5 to 10 years: charged 50% of the adult rate for all packages (conditional).
- Above 10 years: considered adults, charged the full extra-person or package tariff.
